I'm a big fan of MoLo Media! I just purchased a piece of software from them called Lead Machine, and it's ingenious! You can use it to create direct mail marketing campaigns to any business-to-business niche. Lead Machine can create a unique landing page/webpage for each prospect, and a corresponding unique QR code that you put in your direct mail letter, so that way when your prospect scans the QR code, they go to their own personalized landing page! On the landing page there is an opt in form, so you can capture your leads' contact information. You will also be alerted when they scan the QR code and when they opt in.
